Kingdom Influence Project

Faithful Presence in Everyday Life

The Kingdom Influence Project creates intentional space for believers to reflect on how faith in Christ is lived out in ordinary places — at home, at work, and within the wider community. In the midst of busy schedules, competing expectations, and cultural pressures, many believers long for clarity about how their faith shapes daily life.

Rather than offering strategies for influence or success, the Kingdom Influence Project emphasizes spiritual formation, attentiveness, and discernment. Participants are invited to slow down, reflect on Scripture, and notice where God may already be at work in their lives and relationships.

This initiative is for believers who desire to live with integrity and faithfulness in everyday contexts. Whether you are navigating vocational decisions, relationships, or questions of purpose, the Kingdom Influence Project offers space to listen, reflect, and consider faithful next steps without pressure or performance expectations.

Participation in the Kingdom Influence Project is sustained through a shared generosity model. Some participants are supported through grants and designated gifts, while others choose to invest forward so another leader or believer can engage in the same formation experience. For this reason, participation is offered without a required fee, allowing engagement that is accessible and sustainable.

If you would like to learn more or explore whether this initiative may be a good fit for you in this season, we invite you to reach out for a simple conversation.

Guided Reflection & Discernment

Rather than coaching or performance-based development, the Kingdom Influence Project centers on guided reflection and discernment. Participants are invited into quiet, prayerful conversations that create space to listen for God’s leading in everyday life. These sessions help believers slow down, reflect on Scripture, and consider faithful next steps with attentiveness and grace.

Christian DISC Reflection Tool

Participants engage with the Christian DISC Assessment as a reflective tool, offering insight into personality tendencies, communication patterns, and relational wiring through a biblical lens. Used thoughtfully, the assessment helps participants notice how God has uniquely shaped them and how those patterns may show up in daily relationships, work, and decision-making. Rather than labeling strengths or weaknesses, the assessment serves as a starting point for reflection and self-awareness.

Shared Learning Conversations

The Kingdom Influence Project includes small-group conversations where participants reflect together on Scripture, lived experience, and faith in everyday contexts. These gatherings are not instructional workshops, but relational spaces for listening, shared insight, and mutual encouragement as participants explore what faithful presence looks like in their own lives.

Kingdom Encouragers Network

Participants are invited into the Kingdom Encouragers Network — an ongoing, light-touch community designed to reduce isolation and foster connection among believers seeking to live faithfully in daily life. The network offers a simple space for shared reflection, encouragement, and prayerful presence beyond formal gatherings, supporting participants as they continue their journey.

Putty Putman Phd – Pastor, Author (Live Like Jesus, Kingdom Impact), and Founder of the School of Kingdom Ministry.

"a valuable coach/ mentor."

Steve Lawes is a valuable coach/ mentor.  I’ve watched Steve over the last thirty years build a substantial outward focused church with disciples who do what Jesus did. He has inspired leaders of churches with simple/tested ideas to develop leaders and grow churches.

Bob Fulton – Pastor, Founder of Pass it On Ministry, Former International Director of Association of Vineyard Churches.

"authentic, creative, and personable."

Steve Lawes is an outstanding coach. He is authentic, creative, and personable. He has more cutting edge ideas than any pastor I know in regard to evangelism and meeting the needs of people in his community.

Happy Leman – Founding pastor at Vineyard Church of Champaign-Urbana IL

"a powerful voice of experience and wisdom"

I watched first hand as Steve experienced the devastation of hurricane Irma in his town of Big Pine Key, Florida. The town was destroyed, the church building rendered unusable and the staff impacted personally. I watched a leader rise to the need of his community and minister in a situation that not very many could. He has a powerful voice of experience and wisdom earned the hard way.

David Speicher PhD, DMin. Author of “Not Many Days From Now” Lead pastor of South Bay Church, Tampa , Fl.
