Helping People and Churches Take Faithful Next Steps
Church Consultant serves pastors, ministry leaders, churches, students, and believers who want to grow in faithfulness to God and His Kingdom. Rather than beginning with programs or predetermined solutions, we begin by listening, encouraging, and helping people discern where God may be leading them next.
Much of our work centers on helping people better understand their lives, gifts, calling, formation, and opportunities for Kingdom impact. The six Encourager Pathways — DISC, GIFT, GATE, PATH, WISE, and LIFE — provide practical ways to explore leadership and communication, spiritual gifts, ministry direction, personal growth, stewardship, and the health and flourishing of the local church.
These pathways are part of a larger Christian formation ecosystem created to support life with God in the everyday rhythms of faith. Christian Practices, Sacred Rhythms, Daily Bread Intake, Kingdom Encouragers, the Online Bible Institute, and the B.I.B.L.E. platform provide opportunities to engage Scripture, develop meaningful practices, deepen theological understanding, reflect on God’s work, and encourage others along the way.
At Church Consultant, we believe healthy formation and healthy ministry develop over time. Every person, leader, congregation, and community has a unique story and context. Our role is not simply to provide answers, but to help people pay attention, ask meaningful questions, recognize what God is doing, and respond with wisdom and faithfulness.
Wherever the journey begins, our hope is to help people move toward a deeper life with Jesus and help churches become places where people are formed, equipped, encouraged, and sent into the world to participate in God’s Kingdom mission.

A Personal Invitation
Encouragement Sustained by Shared Generosity
For more than thirty years, I have had the privilege of serving pastors, churches, ministry leaders, and believers in a variety of settings. Along the way, I have learned that encouragement matters. Sometimes what people need most is not another program, strategy, or solution, but a trusted conversation, a listening ear, and a reminder that they do not have to walk alone.
That conviction continues to shape everything we do through Church Consultant. Whether someone is exploring one of the Encourager Pathways, participating in Christian Practices, engaging with Sacred Rhythms, learning through the Online Bible Institute, connecting through Kingdom Encouragers, or contributing to the B.I.B.L.E. platform, our desire is the same: to create spaces where people can be encouraged, supported, equipped, and attentive to God’s leading in their lives and ministries.
This work is sustained through a model of shared generosity. Some participants are supported through grants and designated gifts. Others choose to invest forward so that another pastor, church, or believer can benefit from the same experience. Because of this, many of our conversations, cohorts, and initiatives are offered without a required fee, helping make encouragement and support accessible to those who need it.
