Encourager GIFT

Christian Impact Profiles

Discover how God may use you to serve, strengthen, and build others

Encourager GIFT is a free Christian formation tool designed to help believers understand their ministry style, spiritual gifts, Kingdom impact, growth opportunities, and next steps in Christlike maturity. You are invited to explore how God may have uniquely equipped you to serve, encourage, guide, nurture, and build within the Body of Christ.

Encourager GIFT is not designed to define your identity. Your identity is found in Christ. Instead, it is designed to help you better understand how God may use your gifts, experiences, passions, and ministry style to bless others and participate in His Kingdom work.

Many spiritual gifts assessments focus primarily on identifying individual gifts. Encourager GIFT takes a broader approach by helping believers recognize patterns of Kingdom impact. The goal is not simply to name a gift, but to better understand how God may work through you to serve, strengthen, encourage, nurture, guide, and build others.

The biblical examples on each profile page are not meant to label Bible characters as assessment types. Instead, they help us recognize how God works through different kinds of people with different gifts, strengths, struggles, and callings.

All assessment tools are informational only. Your deepest identity is not found in a profile, a style, or a result. Who you truly are is found in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
