(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through churchconsultant.org (the “Website”) and the services offered on it, including our church consulting services, discussion guides, and self-assessment tools (Encourager DISC, Encourager GIFT, Encourager GATE, Encourager PATH, Encourager WISE, and Encourager LIFE) (collectively, the “Services”).
The Website is part of a shared ministry ecosystem that also includes keysvineyard.org, towerofpraise.net, churchencourager.com, and onlinebibleinstitute.org. Keys Vineyard Church, Inc. is an affiliated ministry that utilizes the Services (for example, directing its own members and website visitors to assessments on this Website), but Tower of Praise, Inc. operates churchconsultant.org and is responsible for the Services described below.

Information you provide directly. When you take one of our assessments, register for Kingdom Encouragers, request a consultation, or otherwise fill out a form on the Website, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your assessment responses and results
- Any other information you choose to submit (e.g., messages sent through our contact form)
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies and similar technologies to collect standard usage data — pages visited, time on site, and general location/device information. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected above to:
- Deliver your assessment results to you
- Send follow-up emails related to your assessment results and our ministry coaching services, through our email service provider, Brevo
- Respond to inquiries and provide consulting/coaching services you’ve requested
- Improve the Website and the Services
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Website
We do not sell your Personal Information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.
How We Share Your Information
If you reach churchconsultant.org through Keys Vineyard Church, Inc. (for example, via a link or assessment promoted on keysvineyard.org), your assessment results and contact information may be shared with Keys Vineyard Church, Inc. as an affiliated ministry, for purposes such as follow-up communication, coaching, or reporting on assessment usage.
We also share information with the following categories of service providers, who are only permitted to use it to perform services on our behalf:
- Brevo — our email service provider, used to send assessment results and follow-up communications
- Website hosting and technical service providers — who help us operate and secure the Website
- Analytics providers — who help us understand aggregate usage of the Website
We do not share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a legal process such as a subpoena.
Donations and Payments
If you make a donation or payment through the Website (for example, via our Pay It Forward page), that transaction is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details; the payment processor’s own privacy policy governs how they handle that information. We recommend reviewing it before completing a transaction.

Our assessments and consulting Services are intended for adult ministry leaders, pastors, and congregants, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18.
