Encourager WISE

Christian Stewardship Profiles

Watchfulness • Increase • Service • Engagement

Encourager WISE is a free Christian stewardship assessment designed to help believers discern how they may be called to manage, multiply, invest, and engage what God has entrusted to them.

Encourager WISE is not designed to define your identity or limit your calling. Your identity is found in Christ. Instead, it is designed to help you discern how you tend to steward the time, talents, treasure, relationships, influence, opportunities, and responsibilities God has entrusted to you.

WISE is built around four stewardship dimensions: Watchfulness, Increase, Service, and Engagement. These dimensions help identify how believers often protect, multiply, invest, and participate in God’s purposes.

The goal of WISE is to help you recognize your stewardship patterns and connect that awareness with practical next steps such as spiritual practices, OBI courses, ministry opportunities, generosity practices, cohorts, mentoring, and leadership development.

All assessment tools are informational only. Your deepest identity is not found in a profile, expression, or result. Who you truly are is found in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
