These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of churchconsultant.org (the “Website”) and the church consulting, coaching, discussion guide, and self-assessment services offered on it (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Tower of Praise, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Keys Vineyard Church, Inc. is an affiliated ministry that utilizes the Services but does not operate the Website. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Our Services
Church Consultant provides church consulting and coaching services, ministry discussion guides, and a series of self-assessment tools (Encourager DISC, GIFT, GATE, PATH, WISE, and LIFE) intended to help pastors, church leaders, and congregants. The assessments and related content are for general educational and ministry-development purposes and are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Assessment Results
Assessment results are based on your self-reported answers and are intended as a general reflective tool, not a clinical or diagnostic instrument. We make no guarantee about the accuracy or completeness of any result, and results should not be the sole basis for major personal, ministry, or employment decisions.
Donations
Any donations made through the Website (including via our Pay It Forward page) are processed by a third-party payment processor and are subject to that processor’s own terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
Independent Consultants
Certified Church Consultants referenced on the Website are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of Tower of Praise, Inc. They are not authorized to speak for, represent, or obligate the organization.
Accuracy of Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Website accurate and current but do not guarantee that all content, including assessment questions and results, is free of errors. We may correct, update, or remove content at any time without notice.
Links to Other Resources
The Website may link to other resources, including our affiliated sites (keysvineyard.org, towerofpraise.net, churchencourager.com, onlinebibleinstitute.org) and unaffiliated third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party resource, and linking to another resource is at your own risk.

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
