Encourager PATH

Christian Formation Profiles

Discover your current spiritual season and next faithful step

Encourager PATH is a free Christian formation tool designed to help believers recognize their current spiritual season, identify growth opportunities, and connect with spiritual practices, courses, ministries, and next steps in Christlike maturity.

Encourager PATH is not designed to define your identity. Your identity is found in Christ. Instead, it is designed to help you discern where you may be in your current spiritual journey and what next faithful step God may be inviting you to take.

PATH focuses on spiritual seasons rather than fixed personality types. A person may be in a season of pursuing, abiding, transforming, or harvesting at different points in life. These seasons are not rigid stages, and they are not meant to place anyone in a box.

The goal of PATH is to help you recognize what God may be doing in your life right now and connect that awareness with practical next steps such as spiritual practices, OBI courses, ministry opportunities, cohorts, and encouragement.

All assessment tools are informational only. Your deepest identity is not found in a profile, a season, or a result. Who you truly are is found in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
