Kingdom Influence Project
Faithful Presence in Everyday Life
A guided formation pathway helping believers reflect, discern, and live with Kingdom attentiveness in their relationships, workplaces, and daily callings.
Begin the ConversationEveryday Life as Kingdom Calling
The Kingdom Influence Project is designed for believers who desire to live faithfully in the places where God has already placed them. Rather than separating spiritual growth from ordinary life, this pathway creates space to reflect on how faith, presence, relationships, work, and daily decisions can become places of Kingdom witness.
Through prayerful reflection, shared conversations, and simple discernment practices, participants are invited to slow down, listen for God’s leading, and consider next faithful steps with attentiveness and grace.
“The goal is not performance, platform, or pressure. The goal is faithful presence where God has already sent us.”
How the Project Works
A relational pathway shaped by reflection, discernment, Scripture, and encouragement.
Guided Reflection & Discernment
Participants are invited into quiet, prayerful conversations that create space to listen for God’s leading in everyday life. These sessions help believers slow down, reflect on Scripture, and consider faithful next steps.
Christian DISC Reflection Tool
The Christian DISC Assessment is used as a reflective tool to help participants notice personality tendencies, communication patterns, and relational wiring through a biblical lens.
Shared Learning Conversations
Small-group conversations create relational spaces for listening, shared insight, and mutual encouragement as participants explore what faithful presence looks like in daily life.
Kingdom Encouragers Network
Participants are invited into an ongoing, light-touch community designed to reduce isolation and foster connection, encouragement, and prayerful presence beyond formal gatherings.
Faithful presence.
In ordinary places. Through ordinary people. For Kingdom purpose.
A Pathway of Attentive Discipleship
Rather than coaching or performance-based development, the Kingdom Influence Project centers on guided reflection and discernment. Participants are encouraged to notice where God is already at work in their lives and to respond with humility, courage, and love.
This pathway is especially helpful for believers who want their faith to shape how they lead, serve, work, relate, decide, and influence others in everyday contexts.
A Personal Invitation
Encouragement Sustained by Shared Generosity
For more than thirty years, I have had the privilege of serving pastors, churches, ministry leaders, and believers in a variety of settings. Along the way, I have learned that encouragement matters. Sometimes what people need most is not another program, strategy, or solution, but a trusted conversation, a listening ear, and a reminder that they do not have to walk alone.
That conviction has shaped everything we do through Church Consultant. Whether through the Church Encourager Initiative, Kingdom Influence Project, Virtual Church Spark, or Kingdom Stewardship Initiative, our goal is to create spaces where people can be encouraged, supported, and attentive to God’s leading in their lives and ministries.
This work is sustained through a model of shared generosity. Some participants are supported through grants and designated gifts. Others choose to invest forward so that another pastor, church, or believer can benefit from the same experience. Because of this, many of our conversations, cohorts, and initiatives are offered without a required fee, helping make encouragement and support accessible to those who need it.
