Encourager GATE

Christian Ministry Profiles

Guidance • Action • Truth • Encouragement

Encourager GATE is a free ministry calling assessment designed to help believers discover how God may be inviting them to serve, lead, encourage, guide, speak truth, and influence others through their unique ministry expression.

Encourager GATE is not designed to give you a title or office. Your identity is found in Christ. Instead, it is designed to help you discern how your ministry calling may be expressed through guidance, action, truth, and encouragement.

GATE is built around four ministry expressions: Guide, Messenger, Watchman, and Shepherd. These expressions are rooted in biblical ministry functions while using accessible language that focuses on service rather than status.

The goal of GATE is to help you recognize how God may be inviting you to serve in this season and connect that awareness with practical next steps such as OBI courses, spiritual practices, ministry opportunities, cohorts, mentoring, and leadership development.

All assessment tools are informational only. Your deepest identity is not found in a profile, expression, or result. Who you truly are is found in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
