Encourager LIFE is not designed to measure success by attendance, budgets, programs, or popularity. Instead, it is designed to help churches understand how they uniquely contribute to God’s Kingdom and where opportunities for greater flourishing may exist.
LIFE focuses on four primary emphases of church flourishing: Leadership, Influence, Formation, and Engagement. Most churches demonstrate all four to some degree, but often express one or two more prominently than the others.
The goal of LIFE is not to place churches into rigid categories. Rather, it is designed to help leaders recognize strengths, understand opportunities, and identify practical next steps that support long-term health, faithfulness, and Kingdom impact.
All assessment tools are informational only. A profile does not define a church’s value, identity, or calling. Every church belongs to Christ and is uniquely called to participate in His mission.
